The Coolminds project provides open-access clinically reviewed resources and student blog articles.

Mission and Vision

Mission and Vision

We aim to improve the mental health of young people in Hong Kong by increasing mental health literacy of youth, parents and educators. We hope to empower the youth by increasing their confidence and ability to look after themselves and the people around them, and to destigmatise mental health within youth populations.

Working together

Working together

Research has shown that cultivating resilience and coping skills in childhood and adolescence will benefit their social development, wellbeing and overall quality of life as adults.

We collaborate with various local and international youth mental health organisations by adapting and localising international best practices and resources for Hong Kong, so as to establish knowledge transfers and promote youth mental health within the local community.

The Change

Through our work, and by encouraging students to share their personal stories of hope and recovery, we aim to spark conversations and create change in the way mental health is viewed, understood and talked about here in Hong Kong and beyond.
