Sharing your own mental health story can provide a source of hope and encouragement for others. You can choose to remain anonymous, and stories can be written in either English or Chinese.
Before sharing your story publicly, it is good to check if you are ready to do so. Be sure to read through our submission guidelines so that you can make a well-informed decision for yourself. You may also wish to read our guiding questions for personal stories to help you craft your story. You may also choose to share your lived experience through video, music, art or other media.
